2.1 Gaming Equipment

Our gaming equipment is provided for your enjoyment and must be treated with care:

• Users are responsible for any damage to equipment during their session
• Eating and drinking near equipment is strictly prohibited except in designated areas
• Users must report any equipment malfunctions immediately to staff
• Personal software installation is not permitted without staff approval
• Users may bring their own peripherals but must ensure compatibility

2.2 Conduct and Behavior

To maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all customers:

• Respectful behavior towards other customers and staff is mandatory
• Harassment, discrimination, or offensive language will not be tolerated
• Excessive noise or disruptive behavior may result in session termination
• Alcohol and illegal substances are strictly prohibited
• Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises
• Users must follow staff instructions and facility safety procedures

3. Booking and Payment Terms

3.1 Reservations

Booking policies and procedures:

• Advance bookings are recommended, especially during peak hours
• All bookings must be confirmed with valid payment information
• No-shows may be charged the full session fee
• Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours in advance for a full refund
• Late arrivals may result in reduced session time without refund
• Group bookings require 24-hour advance notice

3.2 Payment and Pricing

Payment terms and conditions:

• All prices are displayed inclusive of VAT where applicable
• Payment is required at the time of service unless other arrangements are made
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash payments
• Membership fees are non-refundable once activated
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice
• Promotional offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated

4. Memberships and Subscriptions

4.1 Membership Benefits

Membership terms and conditions:

• Memberships are personal and non-transferable
• Monthly memberships auto-renew unless cancelled 7 days before renewal
• Unused hours in monthly plans do not roll over to the next month
• Membership benefits are subject to availability and may have blackout dates
• Lost or stolen membership cards must be reported immediately
• Membership privileges may be suspended for violation of terms

5. Privacy and Data Protection

5.1 CCTV and Security

• The premises are monitored by CCTV for security purposes
• Recording devices may be used during events and tournaments
• By entering the premises, you consent to being recorded

While we strive to provide a safe environment, users participate at their own risk:

• Avolution Club is not liable for personal injury unless due to our negligence
• We are not responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings
• Our liability for equipment damage is limited to reasonable replacement costs
• We maintain public liability insurance as required by UK law
• Force majeure events may result in service suspension without compensation

6.2 User Responsibilities

• Users are responsible for their personal belongings at all times
• Any damage to facilities or equipment will be charged to the user
• Users must report accidents or incidents immediately to staff
• Health and safety regulations must be followed at all times

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Gaming Content

Regarding games and software available at our facility:

• All games and software are legally licensed for commercial use
• Users may not copy, distribute, or share game content
• User-generated content created during sessions remains the property of the user
• We reserve the right to use promotional images featuring our facilities
• Brand names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners

8. Termination and Suspension

8.1 Service Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these terms of service or facility rules
• Abusive or threatening behavior towards staff or other customers
• Damage to equipment or property
• Non-payment of fees or charges
• Illegal activities on the premises
• Safety concerns or emergency situations

8.2 Refund Policy

• Refunds for terminated sessions due to user violations will not be provided
• Refunds for our operational issues will be provided at our discretion
• Membership refunds are handled case-by-case based on circumstances
• Processing time for approved refunds is 5-10 business days

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of significant changes.
